| LLindy | Oct 1, 2007 2:34pm | | I had the same thing happen, after my fresh install of Gutsy 7.10. Altho, my problem was a bit different. I had no sounds, no volume, no nothing! I went into synaptic, found everything I needed, and viola! You could be just missing some dependencies also. Go to synaptic, type in gstreamer, make sure it is indeed, installed, and then check all your dependencies! |

| the0wl | Apr 19, 5:36am | | Just as a thought, you might wanna check out which audio pack you're using. Ubuntu defaults to OSS, but I find ALSA works a whole lot better. Been using ALSA for over a year now, with no complaints. -- 0wl |
